Everybody knows about Google. It is a widely used search engine in world. It also gives the mail services and Google products as well. One of the best product is given by Google is Google drive. It is online backup service. Which we can use for protects and secure or backup our data online. It is a free service with some limits. If we want to backup and protect more data than we have to buy it from Google. Now we will see the simple steps by which we can do it in simple ways.

Steps to backup and protect our data using Google drive:

Step 1: Login to your Google Drive account. You will see below window after login in it.

Step 2: Now click on Download Google Drive for PC Button. Now you will see new window on your system. Now click on accept and install button.

Step 3: Now the thank you page will open. If your download is started than you can exit from this page. Otherwise click on the click here button as shown in image.

Step 4: Now your download is started.

Step 5: Now after installation you will find the new screen as shown below.

Step 6: Just sign in with your Google account. If you do not have a new Google chrome in your device than please install it. Because if you do not have it than Google Drive will not work on your system.

Step 7: Now click on the next button.

Step 8: Now click on the start sync.

Step 9 : Select the folder where you want to backup your data.

Step 10: You are done now. See the below image the Google icon will come on your desktop screen.

You just have to copy or cut your data and paste it on the folder where you make a Google Drive folder. And your synchronization will be start and you can access this data in anywhere in world.
